Ounza collects nothing about you. This page is short because there is very little to describe.
Nothing. Ounza has no account system, no sign-up, and no server. It does not transmit what you log anywhere, to us or to anyone else.
Everything you enter — your protein and water entries, your targets, your cup, your food list, your history — is stored on your device. If you have iCloud device backup switched on, it is included in that backup, which is encrypted and controlled by you through Apple, not by us. We cannot read it.
Deleting the app removes it. You can also erase everything you have logged from inside the app, under Settings → Your data.
There are none. Ounza contains no analytics framework, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. It does not track you across apps or websites. This is verifiable: the app makes no network requests of its own.
This website is the same. It loads no fonts, scripts, or images from third parties, and sets no cookies.
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. Payment details never reach us and we never see them. Apple tells the app only whether a subscription is currently active — not who you are. We cannot identify a subscriber, and we have no list of customers.
Ounza is for adults. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, of any age.
If this policy ever changes, the date above changes with it. Since the app collects nothing, any change that started collecting something would be announced in the app before it happened.
