On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ounza → Cancel Subscription. You can also reach it from inside Ounza, under Settings → Manage subscription.
Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open Ounza, go to Settings → Restore purchases. This happens on a new phone or after reinstalling, and it is the fix. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with — since Ounza has no accounts of its own, your subscription lives with your Apple Account.
After that you can log a drink straight from the Lock Screen, without unlocking.
It goes with it. Ounza has no server and no account, so there is no copy anywhere for us to restore. If you have iCloud device backup switched on, your data is inside that backup and comes back when you restore the device.
You can also erase everything you have logged, deliberately, under Settings → Your data in the app. That leaves your targets, cup and food list intact.
Yes — Settings → Your day. The defaults are general guidance for breastfeeding adults. If a midwife, doctor or dietitian has given you different numbers, use theirs.
Open Settings → Feeding → I'm feeding less. Ounza will keep working as a plain protein and water tracker, with the lactation targets removed. You can switch back at any time.
