By using Ounza you agree to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be got past.
Ounza is an app that helps you keep track of how much protein and water you have had. It is made by Nursery Design Studio LLC.
It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. Its targets are general guidance for breastfeeding adults, not a prescription for you. It is not a substitute for a midwife, doctor, lactation consultant, or dietitian, and it cannot know anything about your particular circumstances. If something feels wrong, ask a person. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Ounza does not count calories and does not track weight, deliberately. It is not a weight-loss tool and must not be used as one.
Ounza is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store:
Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other App Store regions; the price shown to you at purchase is the price you pay.
The 7-day free trial applies to the yearly plan and is available once per Apple Account. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription and your Apple Account is charged.
If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, the unused part of that trial is forfeited, as required by Apple.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can cancel at any time, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel in your Apple Account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ounza, or from inside Ounza under Settings → Manage subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves because we never receive your payment.
What you log stays on your device. We do not collect it, cannot see it, and cannot recover it for you if you lose your device or delete the app. Keeping a device backup is the only way to protect it. See the privacy policy.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is not permitted by law.
Ounza is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Nursery Design Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
These terms may change. The date above changes with them, and continuing to use Ounza after a change means accepting it.
